SINGING IS GOOD FOR YOU!

"Singing increases the level of endorphins in the brain, so it makes you feel good. Singing in a group is better for well-being than doing it alone as it builds confidence, it gives a sense of community and it's great fun".

Y
OU ENJOY SINGING ALONG WITH THE RADIO AT HOME OR IN THE CAR, BUT YOU'RE TOO EMBARRASSED TO DO IT IN PUBLIC.
DOES THAT SOUND FAMILIAR?

YOU'RE NOT SURE IF YOU CAN ACTUALLY SING OR YOU DON'T HAVE THE SELF-CONFIDENCE.
DOES THAT SOUND FAMILIAR?

GO FOR A SONG !

a bunch of blokes having a great time singing harmony

All the singing is done "a capella", i.e. voices only, no instruments. Two hours of vocalising and harmonising excercises, breathing techniques and then off to the bar room for a "couple of swift halves", and who knows ... perhaps some more singing.
